STOL®75 is a CuCrSiTi alloy that can be hardened by cold forming and by precipitation heat treatment. It has good bendability, excellent hot and cold forming properties, a good strength and a good corrosion resistance. The relaxation properties, even at temperatures up to 250°C are excellent. The electrical and thermal conductivity is excellent. Welding, soldering and brazing properties are good too.

CuSn6 provides an excellent combination of strength, cold formability and hardness. It is wear resistant, has good corrosion resistance and soldering properties. Due to its high strength and good spring properties combined with good machining properties it is used for all kind of springs, Bourdon tubes or flexible metal tubes. Special characteristics such as superfine particle size or thermal- mechanical stress relieving improve mechanical properties and provide increased strength and greater malleability. The alloy is registered US EPA antimicrobial.

C15100 is a CuZr alloy that can be hardened by cold forming and by precipitation of CuZr – phases during a heat treatment. It has good bendability, excellent hot and cold forming properties, a high strength and a good corrosion resistance. Due to the Zr-precipitations the relaxation properties, even at temperatures up to 150°C are excellent. The electrical and thermal conductivity is excellent. Welding and brazing properties are good, soldering properties are excellent. The alloy is registered in the US by EPA to have good antimicrobial properties.

CuSn3Zn9 has excellent cold forming properties, good conductivity combined with high strength and hardness. Corrosion resistance, especially against seawater and industrial atmosphere is good and stress corrosion cracking susceptibility is low. Spring properties are good, so it is used for applications like spring, connectors, contacts.

CuNi3Si is an optimized CuNiSi alloy that can be hardened by cold forming and by precipitation of NiSi-phases during a heat treatment. It has excellent bend ability, excellent hot and cold forming properties, a high strength and a good corrosion resistance. Due to the NiSi-precipitations the relaxation properties, even at temperatures up to 150°C are excellent. In combination with a tin coating even at temperatures around 150°C (3.000h) the tin coating does not peel off. The electrical and thermal conductivity is good. Welding, soldering and brazing properties are good too. The alloy is registered US EPA antimicrobial.
